A hidden file is any file with the hidden attribute turned on. Just as you'd expect, a file or folder with this attribute toggled on is invisible while browsing through folders .

you can't see any of them without explicitly allowing all of them to be seen.

The reason some files and folders are automatically marked as hidden is because, unlike other data like your pictures and documents, they're not files that you should be modifying or moving around.

Steps to hide files in android mobiles :

1) Bundle up all your secret files into a folder.

2) Then Rename the folder with Dot symbol in prefix ie ".foldername" Without Quotes . Automatically the folder will be disappeared.

3) Now once your secret files filled folders get hidden in the file manager, you can also revive them. All you need to do is go to 'settings' and select 'Show Hidden Files' tab.
